Review of Air Zimbabwe
The Cost: Mine was a last minute ticket I bought last week so maybe it was a bit dear, if Air Zim lock in the tickets they will never fail because my flight was packed!! The ticketing and extra baggage There is definitely a NEED to review this urgently because it’s draining, couldn’t get a ticket via the website, engaged Travel House, they could not get me an extra bag, no one was responding to emails or WhatsApp from Air Zim but thankfully I got to pay at the Airpot and it was £150 for the extra. Flight experience: Very safely tucked in seat 33A, a bit of noise at the backend but get noise cancelling headphones or pay to choose a seat. The flight was smooth in taking off and landing and I felt safe though out because I slept intermittently. Entertainment: To be fair this doesn’t bother me as I read or listen to downloaded content in my gadgets but for those who want a screen hopefully this could be something to be added as a feature for comfort in the near future. Baggage Collection Nothing stolen, nothing missing and nothing broken! Am I surprised? No because Zimbabweans are very honest and that’s something we take for granted!!
